PLEASE NOTE THAT PARTICIPANTS IN THE PROMOTION (DEFINED BELOW) MUST REGISTER AND MAINTAIN AN ACCOUNT WITH UNDERDOG SPORTS WAGERING, LLC (“UNDERDOG”). UNDERDOG PROVIDES AN ONLINE SPORTS WAGERING PLATFORM ON THE UNDERDOG SPORTSBOOK APP AND MAY ALSO OFFER THE PLATFORM THROUGH A WEBSITE (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SITE”). PARTICIPANTS IN THE PROMOTION MUST ALSO ACCEPT THE TERMS OF USE (“TERMS”), WHICH IN TURN INCORPORATE AND APPLY TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. THESE OFFICIAL RULES GOVERN AND CONTROL THE PROMOTION AND ARE CONSIDERED TO BE PART OF THE TERMS.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE RULES EXPRESSLY INCORPORATE MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS SET FORTH IN THE TERMS.

1. Description of Promotion
   Welcome to the No Sweat Token promotion (“No Sweat” or the “Promotion”), where Underdog Sportsbook eligible participants will receive a No Sweat Token (“Token”). After applying your Token to an “eligible wager” (as defined below), you will receive your initial stake back if your wager loses. The value of your initial stake will be awarded to you as bonus funds and/or bonus entries. 
   
   ‍BONUS FUNDS ARE NOT EQUIVALENT TO CASH DEPOSITS. Bonus Funds may be subject to playthrough requirements, time limitations, minimum wagering odds, ordering rules, and other limitations detailed in these Terms and Conditions.

2. Sponsor
   The Promotion is sponsored by Underdog Sports Wagering, LLC (“Underdog Sportsbook” or “Underdog” or the “Sponsor”). The terms “you” or “your” mean the person to whom a Token is issued upon satisfaction of the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Redemption of the Promotion is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with all of the terms set forth in these Official Rules.  Promotion participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by the Sponsor.
   
   Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
   
   As used in these Official Rules, the “Promotion Advertisement” means the description of the Promotion presented to the participant at the time immediately prior to entering the Promotion or with the code presented to the participant and used to enter the Promotion, which may include but is not limited to, an advertisement on television, radio, podcast, social media, by email or direct communication on the Site (as defined in the Terms) or otherwise, a website or web browser, within the Underdog Sportsbook app (whether on Android, iOS, or otherwise), or in any other manner of presentment, regardless of whether other advertisements provide for different Tokens. Underdog expressly reserves the right to present different Tokens to customers in its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including based upon the manner described in the Promotion Advertisement.

3. Promotion Period
   The Promotion is valid only for wagers placed during the time period as conspicuously stated in the Promotion Advertisement.  If no time is expressly provided in the Promotion Advertisement, the Promotion is valid only for wagers placed on the same calendar day in the time zone of the Promotion Advertisement (the “Promotion Period”).
   
   
4. Eligibility
   In addition to other requirements set forth in these Official Rules or the Terms, the Promotion is only open to individuals who are (i) verified users of the Site; (ii) at least 21 years of age; (iii) physically present in North Carolina; and (iv) not enrolled in any self-exclusion program, or otherwise prohibited from wagering in North Carolina, during the Promotion Period. If your social security number is associated with more than one Underdog Sportsbook account in the Sponsor’s database, you may only participate once in this Promotion. Employees, officers, directors, and other key persons of the Sponsor and its parent companies are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
   
   Additionally, Underdog reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any promotion, including this Promotion, for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to act in good faith in relation to any previous promotion or service on the Site. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Participants who have already participated in the Promotion are ineligible. Participation in the Promotion is exclusive of and may make the user ineligible for other promotions that Underdog may offer at the same time as the Promotion.
   
   The invitation to participate in this Promotion is not transferable. If you were not directly invited to participate in this Promotion by the Sponsor, you are not eligible to participate in this Promotion or use any No Sweat Tokens.
   
   Any questions relating to eligibility, these Official Rules, the Terms, or any other questions concerning this Promotion should be directed to support@underdogsports.com.  All questions will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto.
   
   Any participant who is found to be ineligible to play on the Site immediately forfeits any No Sweat Token, and any other award or offer associated with the Promotion.
   

5. How to Enter
   Eligible Underdog Sportsbook customers must first successfully create an Underdog Sportsbook account. If you have received an invitation to participate in or been presented with the Promotion Advertisement during the Promotion Period, log into your Underdog Sportsbook account, click “apply” to manually select the Token in your betslip, and fulfill all required steps as set forth in these Official Rules and the applicable Promotion Advertisement (collectively, the “Promotion Requirements”).
   
   
6. Claiming Promotion Offer
   Upon applying the Promotion, you must place a real money wager on an “Eligible Wager.” An “Eligible Wager” is one that is placed on an eligible game or eligible player, with a minimum number of selections up to a maximum wager amount, and with minimum odds, as set forth in the Promotion Advertisement (a wager that meets all of these requirements is an “Eligible Wager”). If the Eligible wager loses, your stake will be returned to you in bonus funds and/or bonus entries (“Promotion Bonus”) up to the maximum wager amount as set forth in the Promotion Advertisement. The Promotion Bonus will be credited to your Underdog Sportsbook account immediately upon satisfying the Promotion Requirements. Your No Sweat Token may only be used once and will be credited back to your Underdog Sportsbook account if your wager is canceled or deemed void.
   
   Promotion Bonus recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Promotion Bonus received, regardless of whether the Promotion Bonus, in whole or in part, is used. The Promotion Bonus value may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The Token is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Underdog reserves the right to withhold any winnings, as required by applicable law.
   

7. Registration Procedures
   To qualify for the Promotion, you must have an active Underdog Sportsbook account and verify your identity in accordance with the Terms in order to play on the Site. You can create an Underdog Sportsbook account on the Underdog Sportsbook app. Creating an Underdog Sportsbook account is free.
   
   
8. Wagering Requirements
   When participating in the Promotion, you must fund your wager with real money in order to be eligible for the No Sweat Token. You may not use bonus funds to fund a wager that is eligible for a No Sweat Token.

9. Bonus Staking Rules
   With Bonus Funds, the stake is not returned in the payout. Only the winnings are returned in the payout. Bonus Funds will not be automatically applied by default although you will have the option to choose whether to spend Bonus Funds or cash for entries. Bonus Funds may not be used with other tokens. A wager cannot be funded using multiple sources of funds simultaneously.

10. Eligible Wagers
    The Promotion Bonus is available for specific games and wagers conspicuously referenced in the Promotion Advertisement that take place during the Promotion Period.
    

11. Restrictions on Withdrawal
    ‍The Promotion Bonus is not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Unless otherwise stated, any unused bonus funds will be withdrawn from your Underdog Sportsbook account 14 days after being credited.

12. Cancellation
    Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at support@underdogsports.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your Underdog Sportsbook account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account are non-withdrawable. Sponsor reserves the right to decline to cancel participation in the Promotion in its sole discretion.
    
    
13. Gambling Problem

    Underdog offers the options to set responsible limits. If, at any point, you think you are depositing too much money, placing too many wagers, or spending too much on sports wagering, you have the option of setting responsible gaming limits. Setting responsible gaming limits allows you to still play, however, within the parameters that you set for yourself. Underdog also provides customers the ability to self-exclude directly from the product. Underdog offers the following exclusion periods: 1 year; 3 years; 5 years; and Lifetime, which permanently excludes a customer from the product. You may also terminate your account at any time. 14. Publicity
    Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Promotion, the winner of a wager in which the Promotion was applied hereby grants Sponsor and its representatives an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and sub-licensable right and license to use, distribute, and publicly display the winner’s name, the contents of any posts, and information about the Promotion and winnings, in any way, at any time, in any and all media, including without limitation, for use in advertising and marketing, without any additional approval or consideration. By accepting winnings associated with this Promotion, the winner represents and warrants that he or she has the right to grant the foregoing license.

15. Additional Terms
    
    
    • Damages:  Sponsor may actively seek damages from any person acting in bad faith to undermine the legitimate function of the Promotion to the fullest extent permitted by law. You may be disqualified from the Promotion if you violate these Official Rules or our Terms.
      
      
    • Waiver:  Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
      
      
    • Other Governing Terms: Nothing herein replaces, amends, or alters the Terms or Privacy Policy governing participation in the Underdog Sportsbook and use of the Site.

    • ‍DISPUTE RESOLUTION; ARBITRATION: Section 18 of the Terms (Binding Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver Agreement) is incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein. By agreeing to these Official Rules, you agree to be bound by Section 18 of the Terms.
